Commencement RSVP form

Eligible Spring and Summer 2026 graduates will receive a Commencement RSVP email by late February. If you have not received one by March 1, 2026, please reach out to commencement@sjsu.edu with your name and student ID. Don't know your student ID number? Use the tool.

The deadline to register for Commencement participation is April 26th

Emails will be sent to each students' "Preferred Email Address" on file with Myڹϳ, with a unique registration link for their ceremony. Please ensure your preferred email address is updated in Myڹϳ.

The Commencement RSVP form is required to attend Commencement. Note, this is different than the graduation application.  Find out more about this on our FAQ page.

  • Graduation Application: Required for ALL graduating students and is required to receive an invite to attend Commencement.
  • Commencement RSVP: Only required for graduates wanting to attend their College/Department's Commencement Ceremony.

Guest Tickets

***The resale of commencement tickets is strictly prohibited. Any violations may be referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Ethical Development.***

Guest tickets can be claimed after completing the RSVP form. Once you have successfully completed the RSVP form, you will be emailed instructions on how to claim your tickets. 

A Guest ticket is REQUIRED for all guests age three (3) and up.

Beginning February 26, eligible graduates can claim 2 complimentary tickets in Paciolan. 

Beginning March 18, eligible graduates can claim an additional (2) complimentary tickets in Paciolan, if available.

Additional Guest Tickets* for purchase starts on April 7th for $25 per ticket and will be available until May 13th at 5:00 PM for ceremonies with remaining seats. (Based on availability).

Eligible graduates: Please check your email for details. These are first come, first served and will be available on the ticketing website. We expect that everyone will have access to 4 tickets but that the best way to ensure that is to claim your tickets early.

As a reminder, your Tower ID is the password to access your complimentary tickets. Please reference your Tower Card for your ID number. Do not confuse this with your promo code. 

*Additional guest tickets - These are not guaranteed and may vary for each ceremony pending event capacity and registrations. 


How to transfer your graduation tickets:

1. ڹϳ https://sjsuspartans.evenue.net/. Click on the “Sign In” button on the top right corner of your browser.

2. Enter the email address that is associated with the account that your tickets are on. If you enter an email address that is not associated with your ticket account, you will not see the tickets.

3. “Account Found” tile will pop up if the email is valid. Click “Send Me a Code,” and a 6-digit code will be sent to your email.

4. Enter your 6-digit code and create a password.

5. You’ll be directed to the General Sales page. To access your tickets, you will click on the circle next to the “Sign Out” button. This will lead you to the page where you access your tickets.

6. Click on “Transfer.”

7. Select the tickets you would like to transfer. Click on “Continue”.

8. Enter the contact info for the recipient of your tickets. Once completed, click on “Transfer Tickets”. Note, ticket recipient will need to download the app to access tickets.
