Undergraduate Advisors
Our Undergraduate Advisors are trained graduate students who can assist with major course planning and general program questions.
Before Meeting with an Undergraduate Advisor:
- Schedule your appointment. Check the Undergraduate Advising Schedule for advisor availability and appointment links.
2. Download your Advising Form/Roadmap:
- Packaging Advising Form [pdf]
- Applied Nutrition and Food Sciences Advising Form [pdf]
- Dietetics Advising Form [pdf]
- Food Management: Contact nutrition-student-advisors@sjsu.edu for the appropriate advising form for your catalog year.
3. Complete your advising forms:
- Advising Form/Roadmap: Enter the semester and year for courses you have completed.
- Projected Sequence of Courses Form [pdf]: Enter the current semester and the courses you are currently taking.
4. Submit the . Upload both completed forms at least 1 day before your appointment.
Hard copies of the advising forms are available outside Central Classroom Building 200.
