- Students, faculty, and staff - please follow the steps below to appeal a parking citation:

- Click ‘LOGIN’ on upper right hand corner and log in as affiliated using your ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍøOne’s credentials.
- Then click on CITATIONS tab on top and select the citations that you want to appeal.
- Select Appeal Citations

- The Employee Commuter Benefit Program application is no longer processed by Parking Services. For questions or assistance related to this program, please contact the University Personnel Benefits Unit directly at benefits@sjsu.edu.
