Please email the supporting documents separately to parking@sjsu.edu and enter the citation number into the email subject line.

• • Students, faculty, and staff - please follow the steps below to appeal a parking citation:

1. 1. 1. ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø the website
      2. Click ‘LOGIN’ on upper right hand corner and log in as affiliated using your ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍøOne’s credentials.
      3. Then click on CITATIONS tab on top and select the citations that you want to appeal.
      4. Select Appeal Citations  

• For permit upgrade, there is no need to fill out the refund request form, please come to our office.  To request a permit refund due to permit downgrade or cancelation, please fill out the
•  - ONLY Annual and Academic employee permits are eligible for Parking Payroll Deduction.  Semester, monthly, weekly, daily permits are not eligible for Parking Payroll Deduction.  For more information, visit Employee Parking Payroll Deduction page.
• The Employee Commuter Benefit Program application is no longer processed by Parking Services. For questions or assistance related to this program, please contact the University Personnel Benefits Unit directly at benefits@sjsu.edu.
