Classification and Compensation
The Classification and Compensation team is dedicated to ensuring fair and equitable compensation across the campus and throughout the California State University (CSU) system. Our responsibilities include conducting classification and compensation reviews, managing volunteer and Person of Interest (POI) appointments, overseeing position management, Conflict of Interest management and supporting a wide range of compensation-related processes.
